the feint and the mime.
We know all the tricks
who doesn’t nowdays?
But yet we still pursue
our self defeating ways.
So many people
are still so alone.

yet still we are prone
to laugh out loud
and hide what we need
and cry asleep lonely
while torn hearts do bleed.
